Damit wir ein Problem nachstellen können, hilft: dein iPhone-Modell, die iOS-Version, die Lumen-Version (steht im App Store unter „Version") und was du getan hast, bevor es passiert ist. Ein Screenshot sagt meist mehr als eine Beschreibung — schick aber bitte nichts, was du nicht teilen möchtest.

Häufige Fragen

Bleiben meine Originale unangetastet?

Ja. Ein Projekt legt eine eigene Kopie deines Originals an und speichert die Einstellungen daneben. Das Foto in deiner Mediathek bleibt, wie es war, bis du selbst exportierst.

Warum ist der Radierer manchmal langsamer als bei anderen Apps?

Weil andere Apps das Bild zu einem Server schicken. Lumen rechnet die Füllung auf deinem Gerät. Bei einer kleinen Fläche merkst du keinen Unterschied, bei einer großen ein paar Sekunden — dafür verlässt nichts dein Telefon.

Kann ich ein Projekt später weiterbearbeiten?

Ja. Die Mediathek in der App zeigt deine Projekte, und jedes öffnet mit allen Reglern in der Stellung, in der du es verlassen hast.

Ändert die Tempoänderung die Tonhöhe?

Nein. Lumen erhält die Tonhöhe, damit Stimmen bei 0,5× nicht in den Keller rutschen. Der Ton wird zeitgedehnt, nicht verlangsamt abgespielt.

Gibt es ein Abo?

Ja. Lumen Pro gibt es monatlich oder jährlich und lässt sich jederzeit in den Einstellungen deines Apple-Accounts kündigen. Die Bearbeitung bleibt vollständig auf deinem Gerät.

In welchen Sprachen gibt es die App?

Die Oberfläche ist auf Deutsch. Diese Website gibt es auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Bekannte Grenzen

  • Die Oberfläche ist auf Deutsch. Eine englische Fassung ist nicht ausgeschlossen, aber nicht versprochen.
  • Der Radierer rechnet auf deinem Gerät. Bei einer großen gepinselten Fläche dauert das ein paar Sekunden, und das Ergebnis ist nicht in jedem Motiv makellos — besonders dort, wo eine Kante wie ein Horizont durch die Fläche läuft.
  • Im Look-Werkzeug für Videos läuft die Vorschau in ihrem eigenen Tempo. Das Tempo wählst du im Tempo-Werkzeug; beim Export wird beides zusammengeführt.
  • Der Videoexport ist eine Funktion der App und steht im Browser nicht zur Verfügung.

Deine Daten

Lumen sendet nichts. Wenn du uns eine Datei schickst, tust du das selbst per E-Mail — die App tut es nie von sich aus. Näheres auf der Seite Datenschutz.

Common questions

Do my originals stay untouched?

Yes. A project makes its own copy of your original and stores the settings beside it. The photograph in your library stays as it was until you export.

Why is the eraser sometimes slower than in other apps?

Because other apps send the picture to a server. Lumen computes the fill on your device. On a small area you will not notice; on a large one it costs a few seconds — and nothing leaves your phone.

Can I come back to a project later?

Yes. The in-app library lists your projects, and each one opens with every control in the position you left it.

Does changing speed change the pitch?

No. Lumen preserves pitch, so voices at 0.5× do not drop into the basement. The audio is time-stretched rather than played slowly.

Is there a subscription?

Yes. Lumen Pro is available monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time in your Apple Account settings. Editing remains entirely on your device.

What languages does the app come in?

The interface is in German. This website is available in German and English.

Known limits

  • The interface is in German. An English version is not ruled out, but it is not promised either.
  • The eraser computes on your device. A large brushed area takes a few seconds, and the result is not flawless on every subject — particularly where an edge such as a horizon runs through the area.
  • In the video look tool the preview runs at the clip's own tempo. Speed is chosen in the speed tool; the export combines the two.
  • Video export is a feature of the app and is not available in a browser.

Lumen sends nothing. If you send us a file, you do that yourself by email — the app never does it on its own. See Privacy.
